These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Forkcast ("the website"), a school project developed by Forkcast Solutions at HTL Leonding, Upper Austria. By using Forkcast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

2. About Forkcast

Forkcast is a free-to-use meal planning and recipe management platform. It allows users to discover recipes, plan meals, manage ingredients, and keep track of their favorites. The website is provided as part of a school project and is made available to the public at no cost.

Forkcast may be used by anyone. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of Forkcast, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Use another person's account without their permission
  • Register multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the platform

When using Forkcast, you agree not to:

All design elements, logos, and source code of Forkcast are the property of Forkcast Solutions. The Forkcast name and logo may not be used without explicit permission.

As Forkcast is a school project under active development, the website may be updated, modified, or taken offline at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

Forkcast is provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available on the website. Use of Forkcast is entirely at your own risk.
